About Front Desk
I'm Mark Woeppel, and I live here
I first worked in Tulsa in the 1980s, raised my kids in Dallas, and moved back about 15 years ago.
I started at Valmont Industries in materials and production planning. Later I ran operations, including three plants at Rosewood Manufacturing, and served as VP of Operations at Weathermatic. In 1999 I founded Pinnacle Strategies and spent 27 years helping companies from small shops to the Fortune 100 fix their bottlenecks. I wrote Visual Project Management and Building Resilient Manufacturing Operations. Today I also run GroupLane, which helps small employers with employee benefits.
I saw an opportunity to help the little guy, because I was one, then I wasn't, now I am again. I'm staying local not because I don't want to help, but because I don't like living in crappy hotels.
"If you want an honest, no-holds barred, opinion…, Mark is your man."
Why Front Desk exists
Good plumbers, HVAC techs, exterminators, and carpet cleaners lose jobs every week. They don't lose them for doing bad work. They lose them because the phone rang while they were under a house and the call went to voicemail. Or because the customer searched on Google, found a thin listing, and called the next name on the list.
A homeowner with a problem calls the first business that answers.
What Front Desk does
- Tunes your Google Business Profile so it's complete and accurate when people find you.
- Answers your missed and after-hours calls on the number you already have. No new number, no new cards.
- Emails you the caller's details (name, number, and what they need) so you can call them back.
- Asks your customers for reviews after the job.
How I work
I set it up for you myself. If you have a question, call me directly at (918) 212-6362.
