What we collect

We collect what you send us: a name, a town, a phone number, an email address, a Google listing link or photo, and notes from calls or texts about a job. When Front Desk answers a call for a contractor, we collect the caller’s name, number, address, and the problem they described so the contractor can call them back.

How we use it

We use that information to run the service: answer and capture calls, send the contractor the notes, send a booking link when one exists, request a Google review after the work is done, and improve the contractor’s Google Business Profile. We do not sell this information. We do not use it to market other companies.

Who processes it

Phone, text, email, and website providers process information only to deliver Front Desk. That is not a sale and it is not sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep call notes, texts, and listing details while the contractor is a customer and for a limited time after, as needed to run the service or meet a legal requirement.
