Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Pinnacle Americas, Inc., doing business as Front Desk (FrontDesk918), collects through frontdesk918.com and the Front Desk service, how that information is used, and who it is and is not shared with. It applies to this website, our demo and inquiry forms, and the text messages we send: both our own messages to you, and the missed-call text-backs we send on behalf of the businesses that use Front Desk.

Who we are
Front Desk is a missed-call text-back and follow-up service for owner-operated home-service businesses that rely on inbound calls. Front Desk and FrontDesk918 are trade names of Pinnacle Americas, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. In this policy, “Front Desk,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pinnacle Americas, Inc. doing business as Front Desk.

Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
1. Texts from Front Desk to you (sales and support)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, or you text us first, we may send you messages about your inquiry or demo request, demo scheduling and reminders, your Front Desk account and billing, and support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Consent language shown at opt-in: “I agree to receive text messages from Front Desk (Pinnacle Americas, Inc.) about my demo request, including scheduling and reminders, plus account notices and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.” The consent box is optional and unchecked by default; submitting the form without checking it does not sign you up for texts.
2. Missed-call text-backs we send for businesses that use Front Desk
When you call a business that uses Front Desk and the call is missed, you may receive a text back from that business’s phone number asking how they can help. That text is sent on the business’s behalf, in response to the call you placed. If you reply, the conversation stays about your request: collecting your name, address, and what you need; sending a link to book a time; and, after the job, a request for a review. Your replies are passed to the business you called so they can help you. We do not use your number to market Front Desk or anyone else’s products to you.
For both kinds of messages
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one message confirming you are opted out.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at (918) 212-6362 or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. Those providers may access mobile information only as needed to send messages for us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or to share it with anyone else.
Information you give us
Our demo and inquiry forms are hosted by Tally, and demo times are booked through Calendly. When you submit a form or book a time, we receive the information you enter, which typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, trade and service area, website, how you handle missed calls today, and anything you write in a message field.
We also receive whatever you send when you email, call, or text us using the addresses and numbers on this site. When you become a customer, we receive billing details; card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.
When Front Desk runs on a customer’s business number, we process call and text information needed to provide the service: the phone numbers involved, the date and time of calls and texts, whether a call was missed, message delivery status, STOP and HELP requests, and the content of text replies a caller sends.
This is a website for a business service. It does not collect employee health information, benefits enrollment elections, dependent information, Social Security numbers, or claims data.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, and the page or search that referred you.
We use the following third-party services, as applicable. Each sets its own cookies or identifiers and operates under its own privacy policy:
- Tally — demo and inquiry form hosting
- Calendly — demo scheduling
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and delivery
- Meta Pixel — when we run Facebook or Instagram ads, measuring whether an ad led to a demo request
These services let us see which pages and which advertising bring people to us. They are not used to build a profile of you as an individual for sale to anyone.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site and the tools above use them to keep the site and forms working correctly and to support the measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site, including forms and scheduling, may not work normally if you do.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, and this site does not currently respond to it.
How we use information
- To answer your inquiry and follow up on it
- To schedule and run your demo, including setting up a sample on a demo number
- To provide the Front Desk service: sending missed-call text-backs from our customers’ numbers, passing caller details to the business that was called, and sending the booking links and review requests the business has set up
- To provide support and send account, billing, and service notices
- To honor opt-outs, prevent spam and fraud, and keep the records phone carriers and the law require
- To measure which pages and which advertising are working, and to improve the service
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information.
We share information only in these situations:
- The business you called. If you call a Front Desk customer and reply to the text-back, the details you send go to that business so they can help you. Their own use of your information is covered by their policies.
- Service providers who work for us, such as our phone and text messaging provider, email provider, form and scheduling tools, website host, and payment processor. They may use the information only to provide that service to us.
- When the law requires it, including in response to a subpoena, court order, or regulatory or carrier inquiry, or to protect rights and safety and prevent fraud.
- Business transfer. If Front Desk is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner subject to this policy.
As stated above, mobile information and text messaging consent are excluded from all sharing for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering messages through our service providers.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry, demo, customer, and call and text records for as long as needed to serve you, provide the service to our customers, and meet billing, tax, legal, and carrier record-keeping requirements. Opt-out (STOP) records are kept as long as needed to keep honoring the opt-out. When a record is no longer needed for any of those purposes, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, such as access limits, reputable vendors, and encrypted connections, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing email
- Block or delete cookies in your browser
- If you called a business that uses Front Desk, you can also contact that business directly about your information
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request its deletion. To make a request, email [email protected] or call (918) 212-6362. We will confirm the request is from you before acting on it. Some records, such as opt-out and billing records, we must keep for legal reasons. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
Children
This site and the Front Desk service are meant for business use by adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party pages, such as our form and scheduling tools, review sites, and Google Business Profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here, and we will email current customers about them.
